i have a trogan i tried to delete it says it was but it is still there. help me please

I am not comp. smart what is a hijack? and how do u do that?

I have avg 7.5 it says it has deleted it but every testing it says the same file has been deleted. It is still there.

what? I have avg then i downloaded that file highjack and it gave me a ziped file I unziped and nothing.still saying zipped? I just want a virus gone how do I do that. I run the avg like 3 times a day and it says it deleted the virus every time. and now i cant open more than one internet thingy when i click open in new window it dont I went to internet options and it isnt checked. what do I do.](*,)

After running that extractor you will find HijackThis in > C:/Program Files/HijackThis

Open that folder and double click the icon to run it.

ok i did it i have no virus but i still cant open more than one page on the internet i shutdown several times and it isnt checked in the internet options thingy what do i do?
