I've tried to read as much of the FAQ for this as possible but really stumped. I ran HJT and have the results below..

At the moment McAfee keeps popping up a box that alerts me that my 'E-Mail Connection is Lost' When i check my scan it shows hundreds and hundreds of pornographic e-mails which are being sent from my PC all over the world. It is causing my computer to run really slow and i haven't had it that long.

Any help would be greatly appreciated..
