Thank you very much for your help, I do not know what I could have done without you. I have run TFC, reset System Restore and installed Web of Trust. Should I run CCleaner as well? Also, do you think I would be alright unistalling SuperAntiSpyware as I have Malwarebytes.

Keep 'Bytes, and Super. It's very good idea to do scans with both, because very often, one will find something what the other missed.
