Well, if you decided to go with Vista, you should have performed clean install, including hard drive formatting.

so.. i need to format completely? actually i cant format because i have an important files here,how can i make back up files without virus? ><

Well, you'll have to scan all backed up files with updated antivirus program before you move them to fresh installation.
Files most prone to an infection are:
* .exe
* .scr
* .htm
* .html
* .xml
* .zip
* .rar
* .doc
* .jpg
* .pdf
