"Home Antivirus 2010" has invaded my computer
Hi,
I've got something called "Home Antivirus 2010" which is causing all kinds of trouble on my computer. It's blocking Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and Super Anti-Spyware from running, so I can't figure out where the infection is based.
I certainly hope one of you experts can help!

I was able to get Malwarebytes to run by renaming the "exe" file. It found around 30 items, and was able to remove all but two of them before reboot. The files that remained were:
C:\windows\system32\uacinit.dll (Trojan.Agent)
C:\Documents and Settings\Mark Roohk\Local Settings\Temp\b.exe
On reboot, Malwarebytes wouldn't open. I didn't rename it before rebooting, if that matters. Problem: while there's no longer any obvious indication of the presence of a virus, not only do Malwarebytes and Super Anti-Spyware still not open, but renaming Malwarebytes doesn't make any difference.
I also seem to have lost about 2MB of files from my hard drive (which ones, I have no idea).
While there's no indication of uacinit.dll or b.exe on the computer, there are now two other files "a.exe" and "c.exe" in the Local Setting/Temp folder.
So even though things *seem* to be better, I obviously still have a problem.

UPDATE
I was able to get Malwarebytes to run by renaming the "exe" file. It ran a scan and found over 30 objects. It was able to get rid of all but 2 of them before reboot. Those other two:
C:\windows\system32\uacinit.dll
C:\documents and settings\mark roohk\local settings\temp\b.exe
Unfortunately, after the reboot Malwarebytes wouldn't start up again. Those two files appear to be gone, but the local settings\temp directory has two other files, "a.exe" and "c.exe"
Worse, now Malwarebytes won't run even if I rename it. Renaming the setup file prior to downloading didn't help either--it installed, but wouldn't run.
I tried to restart the computer in safe mode and it wouldn't do that either--all I got was a black screen with the cursor.
Both AVG and CCleaner seem to work.
Most of the obvious evidence of infection is gone, but I still get occasional redirects with Firefox.
Also, it seems I've lost about 2MB of files from my hard drive, although I have no idea what files they are/were. Every application I've tried seems to be working normally.

If you have previously downloaded ComboFix,please delete that version now.
It is IMPORTANT that it is saved directly to your desktop
Close any open browsers.
Disconnect from the Internet.
Please do not re-connect your machine back to the Internet until Combofix has completely finished.
Disable your antivirus program and any realtime malware scanners and script blockers now
How To Disable
Double click on combofix.exe and follow the prompts.
When it's finished it will produce a log.
Post the entire contents of C:\ComboFix.txt into your next reply.
Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it's running.
That may cause the program to freeze/hang.
Do NOT post the ComboFix-quarantined-files.txt unless I ask.
Re-enable your anti-virus and re-connect back to the internet and post the combofix log.
*Note*
In case your Antivirus or any other realtime scanner is displaying an alert after you downloaded Combofix or while you use Combofix,please disable your scanner and redownload Combofix again.
Some scanners may see some combofix related components as suspicious and block or delete them while there's nothing wrong with them.
ComboFix SHOULD NOT be used unless requested by a forum helper.
