Which of the downloaded programs do I need to keep and which to I uninstall? Should I use superantispyware and malwarebytes instead of spybot?

Super, and 'Bytes are the two best tools on the market, right now, so keep them, and use them on occasion.
HJT is a very small program, so you may keep it, but DO NOT use it.
Run Temp File Cleaner (TFC) weekly.

Personally, I'd get rid of Spybot.
