Please help.user accounts nonresponsive.it must be disabled because of virut virus.any solutions???????

Am i doing something wrong??i get error messages when i try to update windows vista defender or health check updates.it won't even update drivers.any fixes for this problem????thanks.

I have the free trial reset version of 2009 norton internet security and whatever i'm doing on the computer gets interrupted repeatedly by this virut trojan horse virus.is there a way to make it stop?i do not have credit cards so i cannot get better security.thanks.
