    Welcome,

Broni will be along shortly to help you with your other computer.

    * Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from HERE or HERE

    * Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and zLaunch Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
    * If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
    * Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Full Scan", then click Scan.
    * The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
    * When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
    * Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
    * When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart.(See Extra Note)

Boy, where do I start....when I ran Dr.Webb in safe mode is when 95% of the bad things found. It was a lot of things like "restore." I don't remember some of them where Malware,Trojans...but like I said, most of them point to a restore.

Now, on this computer where I have 2 accounts, one, called "family" (limit account) another with Me as the admin. On the family log there is something that keeps poping up saying "upgrade to 2009 spyware" (something like that) another pop-up saying found "trojan" ...and everytime I click no it would just keep poping up those two things over/over. So, my daugther click on the "update to 2009" and I was like NOOOOOOOO!!!!...and I could get it to stop. But, if I log on my account "admin" I wasn't getting any pop-up so, I decided to just shut it down. Any thoughts

btw, I ran Malwarebytes and it finds nothing.

As for Dr.Webb here is some of the things it found:

Gtek, HTC file, ...there was 40 of these. They are currently in "Quaratine."...What are thise files? Trojan,..spyware..et But, when I run Dr.Webb these type of files show most of the time, sometimes less or sometimes even more. Any thoughts? Thanks Neal

Right now, I am on my account "admin" and it seems to be running fine but, don't know if this makes a difference, when I log onto the "family" account (limited account) is where odd things pop-up like, some software called "upgrade to 2009" its so sort of anti-virus tool. My kids love to go to different forums like, piptalk,twitter,..et Don't know if thats where things are coming from or not.

But, anyhow Neal he is a new Log:

If you haven't already let's have a scan or two on the "family" account.

run both Dr. Web and MBAM please and we will go from there and dig deeper if need be.

Please post the scan results from both on family account
