A friend of mine has just had there card details stolen and they're worried there might be something nasty on their computer. I've been round and scanned with AVG, Spybot and Ad-Aware, could some have a look at this log incase anythings left on there.

There are some ALOT Toolbar leftovers, and we'll go there in a moment, but see, if it's listed in Ad\Remove. If so, uninstall it. Of not, let me know.

I assume, AVG, and ZA are your current protection programs.
However, I can see some Norton's leftovers.
Download, and run Norton Removal Tool: Download and run the Norton Removal Tool

When done with both, post fresh HJT log.

Thanks for the quick reply.

I uninstalled the Alot toolbar using it's own uninstaller before I ran any of the scans, so if there's anything left I'm guessing I'll have to remove it with HJT.

I've downloaded the norton removal tool, and I'll run it next time I go over to his house, probably n the next day or two. Is there anything else I can do whilst I'm there, or do I need to wait until these have been removed?
