Anyone please . . . What is msgked.exe?

I have a few questions with the log.
I'm going one by one through the HiJack log and need a little help. If someone could look at what is left - I want to be sure before I delete them. Some I have marked as "bad" and others "not sure". I removed all of the good ones.

msgked.exe
bad.
i suggest you post your full hjt log
here
for a fairly swift reading.
edit after your edit: just to add: since you seem able to read your own, this is a helpful tool you might like to try:

Hey,
msgked.exe seems to be a file related to some form of spyware entitled "ClientMan". If you check out this link it may give you a few ideas.

Hope it helps.
