    Major virus issues, please help!

Ok, i have no idea what viruses i have, none of my scans bring up anything, but here are all the problems im having, and i'm 100% sure they are because of viruses:

-Can't install new antivirus software (I.E. Hijackthis, spybot)
-Can't access D-A-L.com from my computer (brings up a screen that says the website is down, had to use my parents computer)
-Just about every thing run crashes with a "This program has stopped working" error.
-This website OEM-search.com keeps popping up (spyware/adware, duh)
-Internet Explorer doesn't display pictures, even after fiddling with all the security settings and junk.
-Flock is the only usable webbrowser, i.e and firefox refuse to work, and i can't install chrome (the only browser i haven't tried), it just crashes upon opening the installer.
-when i try to go into my recycling bin, windows explorer stops working and i have to restart it.
-but one critical thing to note, I CANNOT ACCESS THIS SITE ON MY COMPUTER, PLEASE EMAIL ME AT (email removed for your security)

i really need help with this situation it's getting out of hand and i would rather not reformat my computer, i have alot of files that can't be replaced.

Save 20% on AVG Internet Security 2012 Suite!
Try downloading tools to parents computer and burn to disk and bring to yours, rename if you have to.

    Like this: hijackthis.exe to foolyou.exe

    SAme for these:

    * Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from HERE or HERE

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.

    * Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and zLaunch Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
    * If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
    * Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Full Scan", then click Scan.
    * The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
    * When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
    * Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
    * When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart.(See Extra Note)
    * The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
    * Copy&Paste the entire report in your next reply along with a fresh HijackThis log.

    Extra Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts, click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process,if asked to restart the computer, please do so immediatly.
