    pyagore

sorry if this comes across as rubbish but i'm totally new to this and not the most technically minded.

anyway this morning my son tried to connect on his bedrrom pc only to get the following message

    pyagore.search.provider

this has only started happening this morning, what is causing it and how can i remedy it please. inside the box it says

['Traceback (most recent call last):\n', 'File "c:\\pyagore\\pyagore/_init_py", line 3, in module>\n', 'ImportError: DLL load failed: The specified procedure could not be found.\n']

This is exactly as it appears on his screen & I have not got this problem on the main pc or on my laptop when connecting to the net. I've had a couple of answers but nothing really helpful from other help sites one mentioned it could be simply to add/remove programme. it's nowhere to be found in there so they suggested SpyBot

Please please someone help, stroppy teenagers are bad enough at best of times!!

why would the message come up?
