hi, recently my pc is beginning to take really long to shut down, i am not referring to the blue screen displaying "shutting down" but it takes long from the time i click on shut down for the desktop screen to disappear. here is an hijackthis log of my computer. your help is much appreciated.

The first thing you should do is uninstall one of your anti-virus programs as that may very well be the problem. Conflicts will occur when more then one is running at the same time.


Please download and install the latest version of HijackThis v2.0.2:Delete the old version you have

CLICK HERE to download the HijackThis Installer:TrendSecure | Download TrendMicro HijackThis

1. Save HJTInstall.exe to your desktop.
2. Double-click on HJTInstall.exe to run the program.
3. By default it will install to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis.
4. Accept the license agreement by clicking the "I Accept" button.
5. Click on the "Do a system scan and save a log file" button. It will scan and then ask you to save the log.
6. Click "Save log" to save the log file and then the log will open in Notepad.
7. Click on "Edit -> Select All" then click on "Edit -> Copy" to copy the entire contents of the log.
8. Come back here to this thread and paste the log in your next reply.
9. Do NOT have HijackThis fix anything yet! Most of what it finds will be harmless or even required.

Any better after removeing one of your anti-virus programs?

I ALSO HAVE ANOTHER PROBLEM, MY COMPUTER KEEPS FREEZING TEMPORARILY AND WHEN I TRY TO WATCH A CLIP ON WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER OR EVEN YOUTUBE, IT MOMENTARILY FREEZES FOR LIKE 1 OR 2 SECONDS...ANY HELP ON THIS?

Did you try to uninstall one of them? If so which one?

i have uninstalled it, nod32, could it be appearing on the hijackthis log because i should have restarted my computer before scanning? if so, heres one after restarting:
