To post this message I had to get firefox on a jump drive, so this is how I'm able to post.

Today when I tried to open internet explorer, it wouldn't open so then I went to System Restore so see if I could possibly revert back to a time before the issue but the program wouldn't even open (you can only see it on the toolbar and then it exits).

I've downloed Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (one infection and deleted) and ATF Cleaner.
I also downloaded and updated to the latest version of Spyware S&D -- led to a clean search.

I did FULL SCANS on all of the programs.
