    Need help!!!!

    Ok, so here's how it breaks down, i opened a .exe file that i downloaded from a site that I knew wasn't that safe but w/e. So now i have random .dlls being added to my startup. I delete them in safe mode after turning off system restore. There are two files that were created that day that I cannot delete. I tried everything, even Killfile and Unlocker Assistant. Unlocker and Comodo have shown me that these two files attach themselves to any internet connection i have open. I also get a message that the random .dlls try to use Winlogon to connect as soon as I turn on the computer.

    Norton just gave me securityRisk.cmdow and said that there is a command line that it couldn't remove

    So here is my hijackthis log, if you see anything wrong or off please tell me, it keeps coming back....and on a related note, does anyone know how to get rid of Virtumonde?

    Welcome

    While we are trying to help you with your infected computer, please refrain from useing any file shareing programs you might have on your PC.

    File shareing is risky buisness and it makes it much harder to clean your computer if you are getting infected while we are trying to clean it for you.

    As a matter of fact uninstalling such programs will go a long ways in keeping your computer free of malware infections.

    Please do not run any malware scans on your own during the process unless asked to do so.

    Also please refrain from installing any new programs during the cleaning process.

    Important! - Please follow these directions in the order they are set out for you. If however, you cannot carry out one of them, please continue on with the next and let me know what you were unsuccessful with.

    Also please keep us informed of the progress being made so we don't have to ask you "what is going on now"? Each time you post please.

    Thanks.

    Download SDFIX and save it to your Desktop.

    Double click SDFix.exe and choose Install to extract it to its own folder on the Desktop. Please then reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following :
    • Restart your computer
    • After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, tap the F8 key continually;
    • Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu with options should appear;
    • Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode, then press "Enter".
    • Choose your usual account.
    • In Safe Mode, right click the SDFix.zip folder and choose Extract All,
    • Open the extracted folder and double click RunThis.bat to start the script.
    • Type Y to begin the script.
    • It will remove the Trojan Services then make some repairs to the registry and prompt you to press any key to Reboot.
    • Press any Key and it will restart the PC.
    • Your system will take longer that normal to restart as the fixtool will be running and removing files.
    • When the desktop loads the Fixtool will complete the removal and display Finished, then press any key to end the script and load your desktop icons.
    • Finally open the SDFix folder on your desktop and copy and paste the contents of the results file Report.txt back onto the forum with a new HijackThis log
