Hello, I am coming with a HJT log today after Brony and Dan told me to do so.
I have problems accessing parts of web site and I don't get it. It was working correctly before.
Before you read the log. Here is what I have. I have the spybot, the Avast as well. I have checked (on Dan and Brony's advices) my windows update and other spyware. I don't have windows defender as well. I am desperate!

You appear to running two (2) real-time (always on) anti-virus tools at the same time (eTrust EZ Antivirus and Avast). Such a situation can cause incompatibilities and performance issues and could be a contributing factor for your current issues if one of those tools was a recent addition. Anyway, you need to uninstall one them.


Temporarily Disable Spybot Search & Destroy (Teatimer) - it might be a possible blockage issue source:

1) Run Spybot-S&D
2) Go to the Mode menu, and make sure "Advanced Mode" is selected
3) On the left hand side, choose Tools -> Resident
4) Uncheck "Resident TeaTimer" and OK any prompts
5) Restart your computer.



If all else fails,
Your best option may be to try a system restore point (if available) to a date before any known problems or before you started performing any recent fixes:

Click on Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore.

Check Restore my computer to an earlier date> Click Next.

Choose the date before you performed any recent fixes and click Next and Next again.

REBOOT.

Thank you very much for your reply.
I have uninstalled Avast (which was slowing down my computer like hell) and kept Spybot S&D. My EZ antivirus appears to be out of date... Do I still have an antivirus installed?
Anyway: I have checked the teatimer in spybot, restarted my computer and snif ;-( doesn't work. I previously tried a system restore from 1 month ago and didn't solve my problem.
I am going to try another system restore, maybe 2 month ago and we'll see what happens.

I missed a step on 'Teatimer'. Once you have disabled it, please download ResetTeaTimer.bat
Double-click ResetTeaTimer.bat to remove all entries set by TeaTimer. This is done so it can be re-enabled without problems after cleaning.

My EZ antivirus appears to be out of date... Do I still have an antivirus installed?

An out-of-date antivirus tool can often be no better than no antivirus at all since you are vulnerable to the latest UPDATED THREATS. Consider using AVG Antivirus (free version) and uninstalling 'EZ'.

Ok, I have done the bat file, uninstalled ez antivirus. Bizarrely, avast doesn't want to go. I have unistalled it through the control panel but still, some files are there and it still trying to load everytime I boot.

I see 'TeaTimer' still appears to be configured. That may have been a contributing issue to the removal failure.


Please also specify which URL site you can initially get to and which specific page URL(s) fail to load, thereafter. Are any of the pages in question a secure URL (starts with HTTPS:// )?

Hello Vincent,
I have succeed in taking out avast, by using the exe file in safe mode. I have now installed AVG and is scanning my computer.
unfortunatly the problem persists. It's not an https (i wished 'cause I can solve that). my problem site is: www.vertbaudet.co.uk as well as www.laredoute.co.uk. they are hosted in the same place.
I can access the home page and some sections heads but can't go for exemple on the second page of a section i.e: http://www.vertbaudet.co.uk/Browsing...&ChmCatId=1968

Also, I have run the Prevx CSI and he found a malaware in the exe of Combofix.exe. I have removed the program completely.

I have installed opera and tried to go onto vertbaudet and here is the message I have:
Unable to find script library '/AjaxCallObject.js'. Copy the file to the required location, or change the 'scriptPath' setting at RedcatsAjax section of web.config.
The problem is still there as I can't browse the following pages of a section...
