I'm currently getting help by Asus tech support. The possible trouble has been narrowed down to either power supply, cpu or mobo. After I get that squared away (within a couple days), let's continue with the original problem.

Would running ComboFix again be an option?

Should I contact a reputable pc security company to get some additional guidance?

Should I place the drive as a slave on another pc and scan it that way?
