Run hijackthis and click on "scan system only" button and put checks next to these:

Everything closed out but hijackthis and click on "fix checked"



Now reboot into safe mode by tapping your F8 key upon restart and safe mode screen appears, select safe mode and press enter.


Navigate to these files or folders using Windows Explorer (OR Start -> Search) and delete (if present):


DELETE FOLDERS

C:\DOCUME~1\mum\APPLIC~1\DVDOKAY > in application data folder


Reboot your PC


Everything ok?

Make sure you can still see hidden files/folders or you will not see it.

click START then SEARCH,a box popsup, on left side click "all files and folders", at the top an empty white box
type in "documents and settings", click search or press enter on keyboard.

Right click "Documents and Settings" and select "open"

There should be a folder with your name or somebodys name, open that folder and it should be there.

If you still can't find it don't worry or get frustrated as there is more then one way to skin a cat.

We'll get it!
