    Critical System Error message

    Hello

I keep getting a pop up message box saying:
    CRITICAL SYSTEM ERROR
Your Computer is infected by a trojan, It's dangerous for your computer, some files could be lost.
Click OK to download the antispyware program.

Then if I do click OK I'm directed to a site selling software called FILES SECURE 2.1.

I've looked in this forum for a solution and the only similar thing I found recommended downloading something called SHOOT THE MESSENGER - I have done this but it has had no effect.

I've done several scans with Spybot, AVG, and Ad Adware and nothing comes up.

    Any ideas?

    Please download SmitfraudFix (by S!Ri)
Extract the content (a folder named SmitfraudFix) to your Desktop.

Open the SmitfraudFix folder and double-click smitfraudfix.cmd
Select option #1 - Search by typing 1 and press "Enter"; a text file will appear, which lists infected files (if present).
Please copy/paste the content of that report into your next reply.

DO NOT RUN ANY OTHER OPTIONS UNTIL REQUESTED TO. This is very important to get an optimal and comprehensive fix. Warning : running option #2 on a non infected computer will remove your Desktop background.

Note : process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool"; it is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user.

Hello and thank you for replying to my problem.

In the interim I have downloaded SUPER ANTI SPYWARE PRO which seems to have done the trick but I have also followed your instructions for a professional opinion and here is the log report:
