    An Infection That Doesn't Want to Go Away

    I recently received the following message following a virus scan using Bitdefender Total Security 2008:
    C:\My Backup -- 07-02-06 0657AM\My old System Volume Information\_restore{879E598B-020E-408B-AC9B-13ABBD7D02C3}\RP442\A0183836.msi=>(Embedded CAB)=>internallist.zip=>internalList.xml Password-Protected Items

    The software could not delete it. I tried to reset my system restore files. That didn't help.
    Any suggestions?
