From time to time when I try to use an application I get error message saying "application did not start because xprt5.dll was not found. Reinstalling the applications may fix this problem"

I see others have had the same problem but can't find a simple way of reinstalling missing file.

I am using AOL9/WindowsXP/BT Broadband. One example is when I try to go into AOL System Information I get this message and a few other areas.

Any help would be greatfully received - I am not an advanced IT user
