I would remove the viewpoint stuff if present in add/remove program

Yeah, all of those are there... What does view point do?

Most of the time it spys on you and is installed without your knowledge.

Did you install it??

I don't think so...

But one of the 3 has the windows media player icon next to it in the add/remove programs list... Does it just spy on me, or could I possibly be using it for something and just not know it?

Do this please: Windows Media Player icon next to viewpoint? Strange. Don't do anything with them yet.

Open Hijackthis.

Click the "Open the Misc Tools" section Button.

Click the "Open Uninstall Manager" Button.

Click the "Save list..." Button.

Save it to your desktop. Copy and paste the contents into your reply.
