Urgent! Can anyone tell me what is happening to my computer?!?!
My computer is functioning weirdly these weeks. When I shut down it will automatically restart by itself and the only way for me to switch the computer off is by hibernating. And I brought my computer for service and the service center did not solve my problem and instead I take back and I shut down it appear BLUE SCREEN and I have to force shut down. Can anyone tell me what I can do to solve the problems and hopefully without reformatting my computer.. Greatly thanks!!

Often, a blue screen should indicate an error name (with underscore characters) such as:
ERROR_NAME_TEXT
Only with such information is it then possible to assess what issues may be at play here. Often, a 'blue screen' issue can be very difficult to determine a specific cause (amongst many possibilities) that may or may not then be easily addressable.
Accordingly,
Your best option may be to try a system restore point (if available) to a date before any known problems or before you started performing any recent fixes?
Click on Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore.
Check Restore my computer to an earlier date> Click Next.
Choose the date before you performed any recent fixes and click Next and Next again.
REBOOT .
