Popups in Internet Explorer and Windows Explorer

When I'm browsing my files in My computer or the internet with IE I get popups from a trojan that I had called SpyAway. I got rid of most of the trojan, but now instead of the popups I get "Cannot find 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\detect.htm'. Make sure path or internet address is correct." error messages. I've run hijackthis to see if that could find anything but I have no idea what it means. So here is the log.

Please go to hijackthis.exe and right click on it and then click on rename and rename it to foolyou.exe, press enter
and post a new log from the newly renamed hijackthis.exe. Sometimes malware hides from hijackthis.exe.

Then create a folder on your desktop and drag and drop hijackthis into this folder please.

    Thanks,

Please download VundoFix.exe to your desktop.
    • Double-click VundoFix.exe to run it.
    • Click the Scan for Vundo button.
    • Once it's done scanning, click the Remove Vundo button.
    • You will receive a prompt asking if you want to remove the files, click YES
    • Once you click yes, your desktop will go blank as it starts removing Vundo.
    • When completed, it will prompt that it will reboot your computer, click OK.
    • Please post the contents of C:\vundofix.txt and a new HiJackThis log.

Note: It is possible that VundoFix encountered a file it could not remove.
In this case, VundoFix will run on reboot, simply follow the above instructions starting from "Click the Scan for Vundo button." when VundoFix appears at reboot.

Here, what vundofix.txt had just in case:

    VundoFix V6.5.1

    Checking Java version...

    Java version is 1.5.0.3
Old versions of java are exploitable and should be removed.

    Listing files found while scanning....

    No infected files were found.

    That's good then,

Are you sure you didn't delete something important?

    No malware is showing.

    1. Download this file - COMBOFIX
    2. Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
    3. When finished, it will produce a log for you. Post that log in your next reply

    Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall.

Post a new hijackthis log also please.

Ok, I ran the combo fix, and made a new hijackthis log. I may have deleted something important, but as far as I know I just followed instructions on getting rid of Spyaway.
