I may be a newby to this forum but I have been on the internet since 1998. Ther is a new family of trojans on the web that have the virus signature 65500 or 65355 these were created by the rat pack. These numbers will show up in e-mail inbox or printer catch as 1to 65000 or 1 to 65355. There is currently no know anti-virus that will remove these. They are a BIOS based virus that exploits a weakness in Windows and allows somebody to turn off virus protection and firwall before they attack you. You must format and reload all programs to get rid of at this point in time.If you need more info go to Yahoo serach and type in trojan horse virus 65500 or 65355. Try opening internet explorer options and delete cookies files and history then restore defaults to stay on line when you get a malfunction.
