need some help BAD trojans

    need some help BAD trojans

    New here today,

    I just got a new PC couple months ago and installed Panda antivirus, and Windows defender, still seem to have got a bug, in my control panel in add remove programs I have a 'windows safety alert' I CAN NOT uninstall...

    Everytime I do I get balsted with pop ups and spam, I ran Panda and it found spylocked 3.3 and quarintined some files, I know its still there cause I still have this in my control panel.. I uninstalled Panda, and rebooted the PC to try a fresh reinstall and maybe it would pick it up there and get it but it found some spyware crap and did nothing else....I have been looking around and found "SmitfraudFix" I downloaded it but I cant get my PC to boot in safe mode and figure there is no sense running it if it wont, I do the F8 thing and it prompts me to select a drive to boot from I say 'C' and it boots up, I even tried just powering down hoping to kinda force it to crash and boot to safe mode but it wont..

    Im going crazy here I also heard of hiJackthis, but Im far from a knowledgeable computer user, I know enough to get by so to speak.

    I have a duo core 2.2
    Windows XP sp2
    vid card and sound card and the like, it has no floppy drive,

    where do I start...I have to get rid of this crap....

    Please some help for a newbie

    Post a hijackthis log from the link provided at the bottom of my post please just copy/paste it back here after the below tool is run.



    Please download http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.zip (by S!Ri)
    Extract the content (a folder named SmitfraudFix) to your Desktop.

    Open the SmitfraudFix folder and double-click smitfraudfix.cmd
    Select option #1 - Search by typing 1 and press "Enter"; a text file will appear, which lists infected files (if present).
    Please copy/paste the content of that report into your next reply.

    Please do not run any other option until asked to do so, Thanks

    Note : process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool"; it is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user.
