Still running very slow and still get waiting for "whatever website" followed by waiting for about blank in the taskbar whilst browsing. I'll try running AVG AS tonight and let you know if I can get rid of the Trojan KillAV.ft and the Diallers.
If this is successful I will also run CA antivirus and see if this finds anything.

I managed to get in an AVG AS scan , took over 11 hours to run , and deleted everything that was found , updated and left it running this morning as I left for work.
Will see what it finds and let you know , I will also run CA antivirus tonight.

Hiya , the bad news is that my computer had crashed when I got home last night after leaving the AVG AS running , the good news is I was able to get an Antivirus scan in with CA Antivirus but this took over 7 hours , it was still running when I went to bed at 11.30pm.
It's hard to tell if the computer was running any faster as I have always had a considerable drop in speed when running any AV or AS programs. Hopefully things should be OK , if not are there any logs required HJT or other ??
I looked in add or remove prograns and was unable to find Blackice security program , I'm sure it is ISS , but there is nothing there. Do you have any pointers to delete this program ???

Not looking good I'm afraid , still running as slow as before , still getting waiting for about blank when searching pages and page cannot be displayed has occured on several occasions. Seems like all your work has given zero return.
What are my options ??
On the upside , maybe , the CA Security I have is for Antivirus only , there is no Firewall or antispy , so...........do I keep Blackice Desktop Protection or not ? If not where do I find it as I cannot see anything in Add or Remove programs.
Help I'm so frustrated I want to nuke the hard drive.
