hey y'all i'm back from my National Service! lol. for now anyways.

well to get to the point, i've got a laptop on my hand that is showing some pretty weird quirks. well it's not currenltly with me so i cant post hijackthis logs or whatever, but here is what i know so far, as described to me.

any internet based program, instead of showing Internet Explorer or wtv, would show instead HACKED BY GODZILLA. and even in Windows Task Manager, it's the same.

in fact even Prudential, the insurance company, even their PruPower programs show that.

so any idea what it might be? well my mom tried a simple ad-aware scan but doesnt help. and finally she's willing to bring it back to me so i'll post a log later in a few hours, but till then any ideas?
