There are only several authorized responders in this forum so you won't be getting much feedback from those who have loaded 4.0. I still run 3.8 on occasion.

So are you saying there is no trial period whatsoever for 4.0?


If you want to persue your uninstall issue, you will need to provide more info:

What steps did you take to attempt an uninstall? Do you mean to say there is no uninstall option available in Control Panel (Add/Remove Programs)?
Were there any known malware issues at the time of installing?
Were there any other active malware tools running at the time of the install?
