im not too sure about is were do you save HOSTS file

The instructions that I gave allow you to locate the 'HOSTS' file (or recreate a fresh one) and then replace or append host entries in NOTEPAD. Thereafter, simply use the 'FILE' menu and select 'SAVE' (existing file location) - you're done.
