    Ugh! Please help!

I downloaded 101Torrent or whatever and found out right after I finished using the program that it installed a bunch of adware and spyware. I downloaded a bunch of spyware protection and other programs such as Spybot, Uniblue, ZoneAlarm, Adaware, I had Norton Antivirus, and, finally, Windows Defender.

Norton Antivirus and Defender I concluded were obviously useless becuase they do not detect any risks.

Uniblue detects a bunch of crap that I can't find and delete manually because Uniblue requires me to pay for the program to do anything further than removing the files.

I also got WinCleaner which I got to delete some things with.

Spybot and Zonealarm both say I have over 2000 bad programs blocked from intrusions or block in general, 14 of which were high risk (Zone Alarm) and Spy bot says 1172 programs blacklisted and when I do a scan and it gives the list of all the programs it just says its fixed them with green checks when I just want them deleted.

dkfjdsjfkdsjf I've screen captured a shot of the results of my Uniblue SpyEraser scan and I was hoping some of you could lead me in the direction of these files.

    Here is the image:

Any suggestions to Spyware, Adware, Virus Removers that actually work are greatly appreciated.

Trial versions usually do that, tell you everything you've got and how desperately you need to remove it.... but you can't unless you pay. Its irritating, so I tend to stick with the freebies or buy a decent piece of software that's worth buying.

Looking at your results, the Viewpoint Toolbar can be uninstalled following the instructions here. It is interesting to see that it hasn't been flagged by Spybot S&D. This is mainly because throughout time, there has been some debate about whether or not Viewpoint is legitimate. Personally, I'd get rid.

The detection of CoolWWWSearch, CWS and ISTBar are false positives. They are not infections, they are entries in your registry that have been put in to limit access when you visit the website of those nasties and hopefully stop them installing. They have most likely been put in your registry by Spybot S&D, or if you have it installed, SpywareBlaster.

The remaining two detected items are cookies and can be deleted very easily by running a program like CCleaner regularly to clear out your cookies. They are not really harmful. Alternatively, you can clear out your cookies form Internet Explorer, by going to

Tools > Delete Browsing History and clicking Delete Cookies and confirming in IE7.

Tools > Internet Options> Delete Cookies (under Temporary Internet Files) and then click Ok in IE6.

You should have been able to fix the items that were flagged up by Spybot.

It may be worth posting a Hijack This Log so that your system can be checked for anything else remaining that could be nasty. Please click the Read First Procedures link in my signature which gives you details on how to do this and what to do before hand.

Thank you, I realize this now.
Although, even when I open up IE7, it still shows pop ups that have never been present prior to 101Torrent. But it doesn't matter that much to me anymore, it only affects IE7, Mozilla Firefox is running pop up free for me so far. :]
