My Firefox Proxy Setting won't Reset

I have encountered a problem with my firefox. I have tried spyware removal programs including Active Virus Shield, and spybot with no success. Everytime I restart firefo, it sets up a manual proxy. When I change Firefox to "Direct Connection to Internet" to get red of the manual proxy, after i restart firefox, it goes back to th manual proxy again. It uses 219.93.174.102 port 553. I do not use proxy at all. Please help. Here is th Hijackthis file:

Everytime I restart firefo, it sets up a manual proxy.
I don't see anything odd in your HijackThis LOG. Please check the following in Firefox:

Is 'Automatic proxy configuration URL' checked (Tools>Options>Connection Settings) and is there an entry recorded there? If so, remove the text entry and uncheck that option.

Otherwise, you best bet may be to uninstall Firefox completely and reinstall again.

Thank you very much for your reply. I realy appriciate it.

My "Authomatic Proxy Configuration URL" is NOT checked and there is nothing there. I have uninstalled and reinstalled via fresh download the Firefox several times. But, everytime I get the same result: Firefox defaults to "Manual Proxy" after it is lunched. I can temporary get rid of it by unchecking the "Manual" and setting the option to "Direct Connection to Internet". But, when I exist Firefox and relunch, it goes back to Manual proxy and it brings up my Dial up internet connection window while I am connected to Internet via my DSL.

    Thanks

Save 20% on AVG Internet Security 2012 Suite!
See if running the following additional cleanup process may help:

    Download deldomains:
    http://www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/DelDomains.inf
When you click on the link, select Save. Save it to your desktop. Once on the desktop: It appears as an icon that looks like a notebook tablet with a gear overlaid on it.

To use: right-click and select: Install (no need to restart)
Note: This will remove all entries in the "Trusted Zone" and "Ranges" also.

Note: Because this will remove all entries in both the Trusted Zone and the Restricted Zone, any program, tool, or settings that were previously used to set restrictions will need to be reset:
Examples: (if these are being used),
    • Spybot's "Immunize" feature is affected, you will need to re-immunize
    • SpywareBlaster's "Enable all protection" feature will have to be re-enabled
    • IE-SPYADS will have to be reinstalled
