You may want to print out these instructions for reference, since you will have to restart your computer during the fix.

Please download FixWareout from one of these sites:
    http://downloads.subratam.org/Fixwareout.exe
    http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/file...Fixwareout.exe

Save it to your desktop and run it. Click Next, then Install, make sure ’Run fixit’ is checked and click Finish.
The fix will begin; follow the prompts (or see error message discussion, below).
You will be asked to reboot your computer; please do so.
Your system may take longer than usual to load; this is normal.

Once the desktop loads, post the text that will open (report.txt).

    NEXT,
SELECT HijackThis FIX ITEMS: Scan with HijackThis and place a check next to these items, if still present:

    O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{4AFE7101-12CA-4A38-9F30-834F9C9B3A6E}: NameServer = 85.255.116.100,85.255.112.143

Make sure that all browser windows and internet links are closed, even this one!
    CLICK ’FIX CHECKED’ with HijackThis.

Post a new Hijackthis log in the forum please.

oh, and this from lookin at the last hijackthis report...C:\WINDOWS\system32\AUTOEXEC.NT this files still seems to be missing?? even tho i have opend/unziped the file?

C:\WINDOWS\system32\AUTOEXEC.NT this files still seems to be missing??
If you followed instructions exactly, it should be where you were told to put that file. 'Fixwareout' would not run if it were not present as required. The explanation of this is that it could be a 'hidden' file. It may be necessary to 'unhide' such files, as follows - and we may need this in a subsequent step:

HIDDEN FILES: To make sure you can see all hidden files, please follow the directions here

but the fixwareout still woulnt run because "MSVCR71.dll" is missing??
so i found a download for it...which is now on my desktop but when i open it it says "open with" and wants me to pic a peace of software to open it??
Such a DLL file is not intended for direct access by a user. It may be used by other progams which may require it. But, it must be placed and located in a very specific location for that file to be available for use. Known valid locations for such a file can be determined from here:

    http://fileinfo.prevx.com/filesearch...ch=msvcr71.dll

fixware out..this time it ran with out any error messages altho when the computer rebooted i kept getting norton up saying that it need to stop a peace of malicious script??
"c:\fixwareout\findt\runs.vbs" ? so i let norton stop it
When you run the tool you need to allow the complete process to run to get as good a fix process as is possible. You knowingly ran a legitimate fix tool but Norton AV complained. This sometimes happens and is known as a 'false positive'.

You need to resolve the above issues and re-run 'fixwareout. Also, let us know whether any apparant continuing issues still remain. Thereafter, you need to submit the following file to http://www.virustotal.com/ for their immediate feedback and post the results back here:

    C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\KDWSV.EXE

Here are some links on what the 'wareout' infection does:

    http://research.sunbelt-software.com...threatid=40280
    http://www.google.ca/search?hl=en&q=...e+Search&meta=

Essentially, a rogue 'Nameserver' located in the Ukraine gets in a position to send/redirect your browser to multiple suspect location(s) of its choosing.

The scanner feedback certainly indicates a likely malware problem with kdwsv.exe. See in particular:
That link clearly indicates the same filename patterns and file size. I would suggest you make sure that file is no longer on your PC. There is no known valid file by that name.
