    Go to next site:
    http://www.virustotal.com/en/indexf.html
    On top you'll find 'Browse'
    Click the browse button and browse to next file:


    C:\WINDOWS\system32\mrjnqcze.exe


    Click open.
    Then click the 'Send' button next to it.
    This will scan the file. Please be patient.
    Once scanned, copy and paste the results as well in your next reply.



    Update Java:

    * Go to Start > Control Panel double-click on the Software icon > add/remove programs.
    * Search in the list for all previous installed versions of Java. (J2SE Runtime Environment.... )

    It should have next icon next to it:
    Select it and click Remove.
    * The current version can be downloaded from Sun here: http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp Scroll down the page to 'Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6' and press the 'Download' button. On the new web page, click the 'Accept License Agreement' button. Then select 'Windows Offline Installation, Multi-language' in the Windows Platform area just below the Accept button.



    Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune to desktop.

    Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.

    If you would like to keep your cookies don't check that item

    * Under Main "Select Files to Delete" choose: Select All.
    * Click the Empty Selected button.
    * If you use Firefox browser click Firefox at the top and choose: Select All
    * Click the Empty Selected button.
    NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.
    * If you use Opera browser click Opera at the top and choose: Select All
    * Click the Empty Selected button.
    NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.

    Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.


    Run hijackthis and click on scan button and put checks next to these:
