It seems alright online, but the latest thing, started 4 days ago, is that it is very slow to load up my desktop. It seems ok when my wife logs in. But, I believe I have more processes running too.

Who's account have we been working on? Didn't know there was two accounts.

All the work I've done has been done on my account. I'm, sorry, I didnt realise the number of accounts was an issue 
. Do I need to run all the tests on all accounts, even if I have admin privileges?

If the other accounts seem ok no need to run any scans unless you want to.
how many accounts do you have?
I suppose each account has it's own desktop if so then tools would need to be installed per desktop and each account would have a separate hijackthis.exe
Let me know if we need to continue or are we done. If we are done then you can uninstall/delete the tools we used and run CCleaner again useing the previous instructions found somewhere on these posts.
