Hi i wrote on here the other day.When i am on the internet on some web sites were there is supposed to be pictures there is just big red boxies and it is the same on any e-mails i recieve that have pictures.Someone advised me to go to microsoft support which I did and I tried everything that it told me to try on there and nothing worked.As I don't know anything about computers I was wondering if a virus or something could cause this to happen.Any advice would be much appreciated.
