No Answer to my hijacked computer

My computer has been Hijacked
Hi kind friends,
I have read some of the entries on your site. I understand that I should download Hijackthis, then clean my computer and finally run Hijackthis, then post a log. I don't believe this is the page to post. But it is the sign-in page. Please look for my log. I will find that page and... am seriously in need of help. My homepage is changed, and changes back even after cleaning, the background to my computer changes, I am re-directed from the site I am viewing and I continue to get a bogus message telling me that I am infected and to download updates to the security center.
Help!
Best,
Mike H

Hi,
Well, it appears this is the place to post my log. I have downloaded Hijackthis, cleaned my computer with Adaware, Spybot, CWSShredder and now I have run Hijackthis. Below is the log -please help if you can. As I wrote above, all these things continue to happen to my computer.
The site I am looking at will get hijacked and I will get a bogus page and message that reads:
"Windows Security Center Alert: Warning! Spyware files are detected on your computer!
It’s highly recommended to scan the system immediately to remove all dangerous spyware/adware programs."
Here is my Hijack Log:

I am deleting this post because it is a duplication of the Hijackthis log (above).

In your replies, please do not start a new thread - reply in this topic only.
You are not running HijackThis (HJT) from a desired location. You really need to setup a dedicated folder for HJT items – to avoid horrible clutter and/or potential lost backup issues.
It's best that the HijackThis tool NOT be located in its current location (particularly on your Desktop or in a TEMP folder). This way you can more easily undo any changes if something goes wrong.- Create a new folder in your C: Drive.
- Name the FOLDER HijackThis (or HJT) such as C:\Program Files\HijackThis or C:\HJT and move the HijackThis.exe file into it.
- Run HJT from there (and revise your shortcut accordingly).
Please download SmitfraudFix (by S!Ri)
Extract the content (a folder named SmitfraudFix) to your Desktop.
Open the SmitfraudFix folder and double-click smitfraudfix.cmd
Select option #1 - Search by typing 1 and press "Enter"; a text file will appear, which lists infected files (if present).
Please copy/paste the content of that report into your next reply.
DO NOT RUN ANY OTHER OPTIONS UNTIL REQUESTED TO.
Note : process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool"; it is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user.

Hi Vincent / VopThis,
Thank you for writing back. Unfortunately I discovered SmitFraudFix before you wrote and have already run it twice on my machine using option #2 (clean) and then the follow-up option of cleaning the registry. Still, with this in mind, below is posted the results of the search log (option #1) from SmitFraudFix after already having used it. (It's the second log posted below.)
My apologies for submitting two threads on the same topic. The link at the bottom of the page which says ' Not found the answer to your question? Click here to post it to our techs' --I didn't realize this led to the same place. I thought it was an alternative thread/site.
In the meantime, I created a new folder and moved the HijackThis application per your instructions. It is now in: C:\HijackThis. I am running a log and posting it below:

Download and install AVG AntiSpyware 7.5 (previously known as Ewido anti-spyware 4.0) (uninstall any previous version first).- Click the Download BUTTON. On the next page click the Download now BUTTON.
- Save and then install (Run) from the save location.
- Open/Run ewido anti-spyware
- Wait a few moments and Ewido should Auto update itself (note date of last update). If it doesn't update, click the update ICON at top of screen:
- Click on the Update now LINK at the top of the window
- Click on the Start update button
- Wait for the update to download and install
- This is very important to get the LATEST updates
- Click on the Status ICON
- Under "Your computers Security"
Click change status on Resident shield to inactive (ONLY consider activation of that feature once you are clean)
- Click on the Scanner ICON at the top of the window
- Click on the Settings tab then select Recommended Actions and choose Quarantine
- When updating has finished. Close Ewido.
We will be using this tool in a later step.

Hi Vincent / VOPThis,
Thank you for all your help. I followed your instructions and deleted those particular BHOs, then performed the other procedures. Damned this seems to be working!
As requested, I am posting below (1) the HijackThis log and then, (2) the Ewido log. I was surprised to find that even after all my cleaning, Ewido still found some bugs.

This appears to be everything you've suggested. I await any further instruction. If tomorrow I do not hear back, and everything is working well, I will delete the recycle bin materials and delete any other quarantined items.
Thanks again, Vincent!
Best,

HijackThis log now looks clean.
However,
Your system has an outdated version of Sun Java that could create serious security exposure issues for your PC.
Update your Java.
Older JAVA versions have vulnerabilities that malware can and are using to infect systems.
Please follow these steps to remove older version Java components.
- Close any programs you may have running, ESPECIALLY your web browser
- Click Start > Control Panel.
- Click Add/Remove Programs.
- Check any item with Java Runtime Environment (JRE) in the name.
- Click the Remove or Change/Remove button.
- Repeat as many times as necessary to remove all versions of Java.
- Reboot your computer once all Java components are removed.
Download the latest version of Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 5.0 Update 8 or higher, and install it to your computer.
New Version should show as (HijackThis log):
C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.5.0_08\… or higher

Hi Vincent,
I did remove one Java Runtime program from the ad/remove programs place. But afterwards, I ran the file/folder search function for Runtime and found all these and put the location in bold:
Java 2 Runtime Environment, SE v1.4.2_03.msi

I have all the same entries that you have listed except for:
Global_Vba_VbRuntime_f0.1E64E430_36E0_11D...
C:\col3927\hpsw\SCANSP
There is very little to be gained by questioning such runtime entries that most spyware fighters have never needed to investigate. Keep the JAVA runtime foundation current and you should encounter minimal issues, if any. If such entries were a potential problem they would be well known to us by now.
The above entry appears to be a runtime entry for 'Visual Basic' functionality. If you have no current ongoing issues such investigations will likely prove to be mostly unproductive and unwarranted.
