no. the trial expired months ago, before I even noticed this problem. i tried reinstalling it and redownloading with a different email, but no use. it wouldn't get rid of what it detected.

I need you to do a complete scan with Adaware SE and post the log it makes please if it finds something. Click on the little gear icon and make sure automatically save a log file is checked.

Download the Intermute stand-alone version of CWShredder from here: cwshredder.net/bin/CWShredder.exe
Install it and check for updates then exit, we will use it later.



Now reboot into safe mode by tapping your F8 key upon restart and safe mode screen appears, select safe mode and press enter.


Now run CWShredder and click on fix
