This is my 'Hijack this' log - now getting errorsafe adverts popping up?
Hi,
Computer has been acting strangely...emails I have deleted rom the deleted folder reappear in the deleted folder, the computer is running a little slowly, and this morning a few pop-ups appeared. I have AVG, ewido, adaware, spybot search and destroy, zonealarm.
I have ran adaware and cleared the clearable. Spybot found 'FunWebProducts' and 4 instances of it have remained. I can see no references to it in the 'ad/remove' programmes and my pop-up blocker is usually inpenetrable! Anyway, here is my hijack this log all help would be greatly appreciated;

Please disable SpywareGuard, as it may interfere with some of our HijackThis fixes:- Right click the SpywareGuard icon in the System Tray at the bottom-right corner of the screen and open the program.
- Then go to Menu > File > Exit.
- Then confirm the program is closed.
ewido
1. Open ewido by double-clicking the yellow 'e' icon in the system tray.
2. In the 'Your security status' section, toggle the ewido Guard realtime protection 'off' by clicking 'active' which will then change the protection status to 'inactive'.
3. When you reboot, ewido will prompt you as to whether you would like to "Restart the guard?".
4. Reply 'no' and set it to 'inactive' for the duration of your cleanup.
Download, install and scan with the 15-day free trial of Sunbelt CounterSpy.
CounterSpy User Guide.
1. When Counterspy completes its scan, the "Scan Results" box will appear.
2. Click on "View Results".
3.Under (Recommended Action), using the drop down menu arrows at the side of each entry found, set EVERYTHING to "Remove".
4. Click on "Take Action".
5. Once everything has been removed, click on "View Details".
6. Copy and Paste the details into a text document and save it to your desktop.
7. Exit Counterspy and post the results in your next reply.

Did as you suggested with regards to disabling ewido etc.., downloaded CounterSpy - scan revealed all sorts of adware etc - one problem, being an idiot I managed to click on Ok at the finish and lost the details, sooo I ran it again (dont know it that will be any help to you now??) and here are the results;

To clean your temp folder, recycle bin, etc..please download this free tool:
CCleaner
Don't install any Toolbars, or other programs, should it ask you!Just uncheck the option of installing the Yahoo toolbar.
It will put a shortcut on your Desktop.
Uncheck cookies
Before first use:
Select Options then Advanced.
UNCHECK "Only delete files in Windows Temp folder older than 48 hours"
Click on CCleaner to start it. Then click "Run Cleaner", just use the windows tab up front by default.
Then Reboot (Exit)

I already have ccleaner and have run that - computer seems ok, although a message balloon popped up to say that my virtual memory was running low?

Sorry for not getting back - been away for a few days.
I've been on Google and found info on increasing the paging file - which I have done. However, do you think perhaps the reason the computer is still running slowly is because of all the security I have loaded? I now have; Ewido, CounterSpy, Spyware blaster, Spyware guard, Zone Alarm, AVG and Spybot - search and destroy and Adaware.

Counterspy
Avast
Adaware
Spybot
Sunbelt/Kerio firewall
Spyware Blaster
Spyware Guard
Reg protect
With no slowness noticed but I have 412GB of free space on my computer.
You can uninstall Counterspy if you want but would wait a little bit in case we might need it again

Wait until there is a All Done message !!, Then open and post the log next to it.
Your antivirus script protection might interfear or alert, please allow it to run after a bit box will say done.
Post a new hijackthis log as well please.
