No problem,

Create a folder such as C:\HJT or C:\Program Files\HJT and move HJT.exe into the newly created folder so we can have avaiable backups in case you fix the wrong thing or I make a mistake. Very important.

Having more than one anti-virus program running(avg free anti-virus and Avast) at the same time can defeat the purpose and security will be lower than with just one. AVG anti-spyware program is compatiable with either.

Run hijackthis and click on scan button and put checks next to these:

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {12E619B9-64BA-4466-8564-905F828F277F} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\vturq.dll (file missing)

Nothing open but hijackthis and click on fix checked.

Now reboot into safe mode by tapping your F8 key upon restart and safe mode screen appears, select safe mode and press enter.

Navigate to these files or folders using Windows Explorer (OR Start -> Search) and delete (if present):

DELETE FILES:

winbug32.dll

Reboot normal mode and tell me how your computer is behaving now.
