For the past few weeks when I switch on my computer I see a little balloon warning me that my computer might be at risk because my Norton Anti Virus is switched off.

When I check,Norton Security Centre tells me that all is well and Norton is running correctly.

Sometimes the balloon sits there for ages and then goes and other times it goes after a few minutes.
