jeff sorry for posting another thread but i didnt think i included enough detail in the last one
i bought my pc from dell and it didnt come with an xp disk, should it have?

yes i have friends with pcs so if it comes to it i can get them to make me a copy but i'm not sure if it will work due to the problem with the d: drive

i didnt add any programs that i can think of, thats why i'm so confused as to what's wrong.
