Whenever I try to download the 'Desktop' appears on the screen. I have tried to 'System Restore' but again am unable to do so. The difficulty appears to effecting other programs and also with my emails. I have recently installed CCleaner and changed my router (Voyager210). I have 'Registery Booster' and Registery Mechanic'.I suspect Registery problems. Any help would be appreciated. With thanks.

I get the Desktop window with all the icons. No I have not knowingly made changes to the registry as I am not familiar with it. Thanks for your help. Regards, Tony
