Click the "Open Uninstall Manager" Button.

So the HiJack log looks good huh? OK. I did run CCleaner before HiJack. I got rid of IE and it seems that my problem is better. IE was just waaaayyyyyy too slow. I have a wireless connection connected to a cable modem, so it's not the connection.
