Hi i'm only running mcafee the norton did not completely uninstal.I've gotten rid of all but one folder of the norton.

Please download http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.zip (by S!Ri)
Extract the content (a folder named SmitfraudFix) to your Desktop.

Open the SmitfraudFix folder and double-click smitfraudfix.cmd
Select option #1 - Search by typing 1 and press "Enter"; a text file will appear, which lists infected files (if present).
Please copy/paste the content of that report into your next reply.

Hi there are a couple symptoms i forgot to tell you about. When I shut the computer down the gui shuts down and a black screen comes up with the curser on it but it won't shut the rest of the way down unless you hit the button. When it comes back up there is a error message that say's H\WD97VWR32.EXE can't be found. You have to close it before windows will start.
