My pc has been infected with Spamer.c;Please help me

I am unable to find any reference to this infection. What application found this and did it identify a specific file name(s)?My pc has been infected with Spamer.c
Also, please run the READ FIRST Procedures found here and post a HijackThis log:

spamer.c was found by panda PLatinum and it is in windows,sistem23

Ok - so it is located in PATH=C:\windows\system32.....spamer.c was found by panda PLatinum and it is in windows,sistem23
Do you know the exact filename? That may also show up in the HijackThis LOG which I had requested in my last post.
Also, are you sure that 'spamer.c' is the correctly spelled infection name (please check for any typos in that name)?
