I have recently had a mojor problem with Norman Anti Virus and Anti Hacker Software which resulted in my losing information that was saved on my HDD.

We were running Norman Anti Virus & Anti Hacker Software with all the latest downloads and software updates and someone had disabled the Software from running and had sent a Trojan Virus to our computer which resulted in the screen positioning being altered on every system start up and all the drivers for almost all the hardware had been deleted.

We had to format the HDD and run completeley clean the HDD using our software which i have got and then reinstall Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition.

Everyone make sure that your Anti Virus and Anti Hacker Software in installed and is working correctly and cannot be disabled by anyone over the internet.
