Kaspersky Anti Virus scan was done...said disinfection failed

is this dangerous and how do i get if off?

Go to C:\Windows\Temp and once in the folder click Edit> Select All. Then hit the delete key to get rid of the entire contents of the folder. Don't delete the folder itself. This should get rid of your problem.
After you have done this, empty your Recycle Bin.
