Its not a problem really, its just Spybot telling you that a tracking cookie is being downloaded onto your computer. They are not really dangerous.

You can set Spybot to block these silently without notifying you.

1. Open Spybot
2. In the left hand column, click Immunize
3. Scroll down and select Block Bad Pages Silently.

That should do the trick.
