hey guys ive got this annoying dialer on my desktop that says "access members area" and keeps popping up every half an hour , ive ran ewidio , spybot , avg and all sorts to try and get rid of it but im afriad i really dont know what im doing

i cant delete it either it just keeps popping back up.

Click OK or Enter

For additional, more thorough cleaning and for multi-profile user configurations:

i followed the steps as you said, first of all :

C:\WINDOWS\system32\per.exe

it wouldnt let me delete this, it said "access denied, make sure the disk is not full or write protected or that the file is not currently in use"

C:\WINDOWS\system32\taskdir.exe <--- i couldnt find this file, dont know if thats a big deal or not.


when i restarted my computer a pop up click box came up saying "for your instant access please select yes" which i think is from the access members area virus but it didnt install a icon on my desktop and didnt open a pop up asking me to use the dialer.

other than that everything seems good , windows isnt giving me "your computer is in danger" messages anymore.
